Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator
Our esteemed immigration law firm in Phoenix has an immediate opening for a receptionist / front desk administrator. You will be responsible for administrative duties, such as answering phones, emails, filing, scanning important documents, and scheduling & documenting calendar events for members of the office. Our ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and excellent organization. You also need to be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. To be successful you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Front Desk Receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients
- Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers
- File important documents and keep them well organized
- Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Bilingual- MUST have excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Spanish
- MUST have 2 years of immigration law experience; no exceptions.
- Administrative experience
- Microsoft Office experience: MUST have experience with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational abilities
- Data entry skills
- Efficient and able to work with deadlines
- Must be self-motivated and friendly
- Must be detailed and organized and must be willing to do clerical tasks

(Required to work in the office 8:30am-5:30pm – no remote opportunity available.)
Pay: DOE: Depends on experience - from $21 per hour
