Marco Osuna
Marco was born and raised in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico. He is an attorney in Mexico and received his law degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Sinaloa. He came to the U.S. as a Mexican Diplomat working for the Mexican Government.
He first worked for the Consulate General of Mexico in Raleigh, North Carolina as a mission manager and personal assistant to Consular Ambassador Carlos Flores Vizcarra. In this role, Marco witnessed the birth of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, and his mission was to inform, educate, and support young Mexican children eligible for this incredible immigration benefit.
Additionally, Marco worked with U.S. federal and state law enforcement agencies in North and South Carolina on the validity of the Mexican Consular Identification card as a reliable government issued identity document. He was responsible for traveling to remote areas to work on important consular services.
In 2018, Marco made the transition to the private sector. He worked for an immigration law firm in Phoenix, Arizona where he learned the nuts and bolts of securing affirmative and defensive immigration benefits before the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Officer for Immigration Review (Immigration Court), U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Marco's main area of interest is removal proceedings.

He is meticulous, positive and always willing to do what it takes to help a client or a team member. For Marco, it is personally gratifying to work with the immigrant community and help people achieve life changing results.
Professionally, Marco is working to become a licensed attorney in Arizona to continue to work with the immigrant community in the United States.
Marco is a husband, father and IT aficionado. He loves spending time with his family, watching movies, listening to music, playing video games with his kids, playing with flight and racing simulators, and most importantly, planning frequent family trips to Disneyland.
