Greg Goekler

Greg Goekler

Greg is an Arizona native with a profound dedication to his state and community. His practice is focused on helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law, including matters of asylum, removal defense, U-visas, and several other humanitarian and family-based immigration matters.

Greg's passion for immigration law began during his first year of law school as a summer intern with Salvatierra Law Group. He continued to build his expertise at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he served as a student attorney in the ASU Immigration Law Clinic working on humanitarian cases and competed in the National Immigration Law Moot Court Competition.

His legal experience is well-rounded, providing him with a 360-degree view of the immigration system. As a summer associate at a leading international immigration firm, he assisted with business immigration solutions for multinational corporations. He also served as a judicial extern at the Arizona Court of Appeals and gained invaluable courtroom experience as an extern for the Department of Homeland Security (ICE-OPLA), offering him firsthand insight into the government's perspective on immigration proceedings.

Greg's commitment to service is a cornerstone of his character. Before attending law school, he was a city firefighter and EMT. He has provided pro bono legal support to minor asylum seekers through the Safe Passage Project. Today, he continues to serve the community as a Youth Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona and as a volunteer at his church.

Outside of work, Greg is a father and husband who enjoys nothing more than spending time with his loved ones. He loves golf and fly fishing, and he is a history buff with a special interest in Ancient Greece and Rome.
